1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ArchEasy ("we," "us," or "our") at archeasy.app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you strictly disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our Service immediately.

2. Description of Service

ArchEasy provides AI-powered tools for architectural visualization, including but not limited to floor plan generation, 2D to 3D conversion, and interior layout ideas. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

3. Accounts and Coins (Credits)

A. Coin System

Our Service operates on a pay-as-you-go model using virtual "Coins". Coins are purchased in packages and deducted upon using AI generation features.

B. Validity & Expiry

Small coin packages (Micro, Starter) may have a validity period of 1 month. Larger packages (Pro, Business) are valid for 1 year. Unused coins after the expiry date may be forfeited unless otherwise stated in active promotions.

C. Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Since the Service offers immediate access to digital goods (AI generations), we do not offer refunds once Coins have been credited to your account.

4. Intellectual Property & Commercial Rights

We do not claim ownership over the images or sketches you upload. Furthermore, you retain full commercial ownership of the images generated using our Service. You are free to use the output for client presentations, marketing materials, and professional portfolios without mandated attribution to ArchEasy.

5. AI Accuracy Disclaimer

For Visualization Only: The floor plans and 3D renders generated by ArchEasy are estimates based on Artificial Intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, these generations should NOT be used as construction documents without verification by a licensed architect or engineer. ArchEasy is not liable for structural errors, incorrect dimensions, or construction issues arising from the use of our AI suggestions.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or sexually explicit.
• Attempt to reverse engineer the AI models or application logic.
• Use automated scripts to scrape or excessively query our API.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ArchEasy, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the Service.
